About us

At IhydRATE, we are passionate about revolutionising hydration management through cutting-edge innovation. Our bio-tech startup, based in NSW, Australia, has spent the past few years developing and refining our technology to provide a smarter, more effective way to monitor hydration.

Our journey has been driven by research and collaboration. We have partnered with local mining companies and elite sports teams to rigorously test our prototypes in real-world, high-performance environments.

Following independent validation with a leading university sports science team, Salhy is now being introduced into workplace and sports environments across Australia.

We are proud to bring this locally developed hydration innovation to market and continue refining it through real-world collaboration.

Lisa Winn
Founder

I’m incredibly proud to see the Salhy Personal Hydration Test now being implemented across workplace and sports environments - it’s been an incredible journey.

We’ve had amazing support from local partners across the Central Coast and Hunter who’ve tested our prototypes and shared helpful feedback along the way.

A huge thanks as well to the NSW Government MVP grant program and the University of Newcastle I2N for their expertise, guidance and belief in what we’re building.

We are now bringing our locally made hydration test to market — helping athletes and workers stay on top of their hydration, support performance, and stay safer on
the job.

Regards, Lisa
